As our projects are multi faceted with many phases of work performed, we offer project management. We believe this helps to maintain a greater sense of “quality control” in the field for our clients as well as price efficiency. We can help the Client in selection of various trades and help in project management if requested.
We continue to strive for excellence with integrity in our work and do consider the client our “most” important asset. Because our projects vary in scope from simple to quite large, it is essential to maintain a high sense of project management and in field coordination. Clients are kept up to date as to current issues and project scheduling. It is important to work in collaboration with our clients so as to maintain a clear understanding of how projects are proceeding and to allow for changes during the construction process should they be necessary.
